If you truly want to make a profit from PLR, it has to be unique and you will have to rebrand it. Rebranding your PLR is a process where you give your PLR product a brand new name, and create new graphics for it, so that everything in the package looks different from the original product.
There are several reasons for doing this, and while the process is more work for you and may cost you a few extra dollars on tools or freelancers, it is a necessity to do.
